The markings inside each cup help you portion a small first taste or fill it to the full 20 mL. 

Tray Details
• 12 cups × 20 mL: 240 mL total capacity for homemade purées and baby food. 
• Easy to release: The flexible, food-grade platinum silicone base lets you press out one portion at a time. The fitted lid keeps the rest covered and lets you stack trays neatly. 
• Compact size: Approximately 24 × 8 × 4.5 cm; weighs 218 g. 
• What’s included: One tray with a matching lid in your choice of Cream, Cocoa, Sage or Blush. 

How to Use 🧊
1. Wash the tray and lid. If the food is freshly cooked, cool it promptly, then spoon it into the cups.
2. Fit the lid and place the tray flat in the freezer.
3. Press gently underneath a cup to release a portion and thaw it in the fridge. If reheating cooked food, heat until steaming hot throughout, stir, then let it cool before serving. 

Cleaning & Care
The silicone tray is dishwasher-safe, freezer-safe down to −20°C, and suitable for microwave or steam use up to 200°C.
