• Set of 3 with lids: Each container holds 4 oz / 120 mL, giving you 360 mL combined capacity for smaller food portions and snacks. 
• Easy portioning: Built-in volume markings help you measure each helping, while the stackable design keeps fridge and freezer storage tidy. 
• Vented lids: Close securely for storage to help reduce spills; uncover the steam vents when reheating. 
• Material: 100% food-grade platinum silicone, free from BPA, PVC, lead and phthalates.

How to Use 🍽️
1. Wash before use. Fill with prepared food, cooling freshly cooked food promptly before storing.
2. Close the lids securely and refrigerate or freeze as appropriate.
3. Defrost frozen food thoroughly before reheating. Open the steam vent before steaming or microwaving.
4. Reheat cooked food only once, until steaming throughout. Stir well and allow it to cool before serving.
5. Clean after each use. 

Cleaning & Care
Dishwasher-safe and freezer-safe down to −20°C. Suitable for microwave and steam use, with heat resistance up to 200°C.
