• Cool freshly expressed milk separately before combining it with previously chilled milk.
• Keep bottles securely capped and observe their recommended filling limits.

Use Method: 1. Freeze the cooling ring flat for at least 12 hours before use. 2. Wash your hands and transfer expressed breast milk into clean supplied storage bottles. 3. Close each bottle securely. Label the milk with its expression date and time. 4. Fit the frozen cooling ring and bottles into the cooler following the included assembly instructions.5. Close securely, keep upright during transport and minimise opening. 6. At your destination, refrigerate or freeze the milk promptly as appropriate, following breast-milk storage guidelines. 7. After use, remove the bottles and cooling ring. Clean the components and prepare the ring again before the next use.
