How to Use
1. Clean and dry your dentures.
2. Apply a small amount in strips, keeping the adhesive away from the denture edges:
• Upper denture: Apply one long continuous strip and two shorter strips in the middle.
• Lower denture: Apply one long continuous strip.
• Partial denture: Apply two short strips.
3. Rinse your mouth before inserting your dentures.
4. Press dentures into place, hold firmly, then bite down for a few seconds to secure the hold.
• Apply once daily. Consult your dentist if you need to apply more often.
• Start with a small amount. If adhesive oozes out, use less next time.

How to Remove
1. Swish your mouth with water.
2. Slowly remove your dentures using a gentle rocking motion.
3. Remove adhesive residue from your dentures and mouth using warm water and a soft brush.
4. Clean your dentures thoroughly with a denture cleanser, then rinse well with water.

• Hold duration varies with denture fit, saliva, and the foods and drinks consumed.
