Use Method: 1. Pull on like regular underwear, following the front marking on the pants.2. Gently adjust the waistband and leg openings for a comfortable, secure fit.3. Replace with a fresh pair as needed according to your flow.4. After use, tear open both side seams, roll up and dispose of hygienically in a waste bin. Do not flush.
